A visit to Bangkok's pleasure zones is not complete if you don't try a naughty massage at least once. One of the main reasons why men visit Bangkok is to partake in the famous or infamous Thai massage experience. After living in Bangkok for so long I still enjoy one to this day from time to time. It's actually quite fun, especially if you find the right masseuse. In Bangkok (or in any other city in Thailand) there are 3 types of massage parlors available:

1. Traditional Thai Massage - Most of these establishments do not offer sex on the menu. However, some may offer a hand job. Here's a good sign if a traditional thai massage parlor will offer you extra service. If your masseuse gives you a towel and gestures you to take off all of your clothes then you will most likely be offered a hand job for extra Baht. This is paid directly to your masseuse. However if you're given a type of Thai pajamas to wear then most likely it will be a non-monkey business establishment.
   
2. Oily Massage Parlors - My favorite type of massage. These types of establishments provide all types of massage techniques, and not necessarily with oil. But what's the fun in that? 99.9% oily massage parlors in or near the 3 red light districts includes sexual services after a masseuse lathers you up with oil for a massage. Sure most girls massage technique isn't so great but hey, there's a girl rubbing your entire body with oil, which certainly gets the juices flowing.
   
3. Soapy Massage Parlor - I've written a few published articles about this subject. Long story short, the soapy massage parlor experience has recently diminished in quality and service. Many of the ladies have forgone the extra step of providing traditional massage on bed, which was a part of the highlight. Instead the ladies go straight to getting you off after a soapy massage/wash in a tub. My advice is if you want a massage have the Papasan or Mamasan (managers) point out to you which girls provide said service. However, most of the younger/prettier girls will often decline to provide massages, just sex.

Most of these massage parlors are very easy to get to and frequented mainly by tourists, especially the oily massage parlors. Soapy massage parlors have a mix group of clientele such as foreigners and local Thais with a bit of spending cash.

There are other naughty massage parlors dispersed throughout Bangkok outside of the tourists realm. These establishments are mostly visited by local Thais with money as well as expats with a good circle of Thai friends. I'm not going to mention these places mainly because these places will not accept tourists. Sorry.

Here's a video of a customer in a suite style massage room at Teen Massage on Sukhumvit Soi 33. Contrary to the name, there are no underage girls working inside. By the way if you are a newbie I do not recommend video taping inside a massage parlor or the ladies. Usually frequent customers that the ladies or the establishment are familiar with are able to get away with it. Plus a decent tip for the ladies might help too. But either ways it is best to respect the lady's privacy.

How can you tell if a massage parlor offers sex?
First off the majority of the naughty massage parlors are located near the red light districts. For instance the neighborhood of Phrom Phong in the Sukhumvit district has the highest concentration of oily massage parlors.

Most of the soapy massage parlors are located along Ratchada road in the Huay Kwang district.

Both of these areas are easy to get to by simply taking the BTS Sky Train of the MRT underground train.

Second look at the establishment. If the the windows are all coverd up in black tint, making it hard to look inside then most likely it is a place that offers sexual relief. Plus girls wearing tight fitting outfits and waving to you from the outside is also a good sign you can get a massage and screw.

Third is if you're offered a photo album with dozens of girls posing pretty then yes you are in a naughty massage parlor.

How much does it cost?
It all depends on what type of massage service you want; for instance with oil or without oil, with aromatherapy or whether or not you want a room with mirrors and a sauna. To put it simply, an oil massage in a standard room with a bed and shower stall will cost around 300THB (not including sexual services) for 1 hour or 1 1/2 hour, depending on the establishment.
